Job Opening: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Associate

M3 Productions is hiring on behalf of DNS Homes PVT. LTD. for the position of Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Associate.

Basic Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Incentive: Additional ₹10,000 for every successful sale
Monthly Target: Minimum 2 successful sales

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and bring genuine, verified, and interested customers to the office.
- Source potential customers through field visits, offices, references, personal networks, local contacts, and other effective lead-generation methods.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and track every deal until closure.
- Maintain proper records of leads, office visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Achieve a minimum target of 2 successful sales per month.

The candidate will be primarily responsible for generating customers through his or her own skills, network, market activity, references, fieldwork, and other legitimate sources.

M3 Productions and the business team will provide guidance, project-related training, product knowledge, and sales support. However, customer generation and lead sourcing will remain the primary responsibility of the Sales Executive / Sales Associate.

Performance & Target Condition

The minimum monthly target is 2 successful sales. Target achievement is important for salary justification and performance evaluation.

In case of zero sales,



the candidate's performance and salary continuation may be reviewed based on overall effort, quality of leads generated, verified customer visits, follow-ups, and contribution toward business development.

Minimum 6-Month Job Commitment

The selected candidate must commit to working for a minimum period of 6 months and will be required to sign a proper employment agreement or contract.

Leaving the job before completing the committed period without following the terms and conditions of the signed agreement may result in appropriate action by M3 Productions, subject to the employment contract and applicable law.

Document Verification

At the time of accepting the offer letter, the selected candidate must provide a valid and authentic government-issued national identity document and sign the required employment agreement, contract, and related documents.

Employment Clarification

The candidate will be hired by M3 Productions on behalf of DNS Homes PVT. LTD.

The selected candidate will work from the DNS Homes PVT. LTD. office, while M3 Productions will be responsible for the candidate's salary, payments, and employment-related commitments, subject to the signed employment agreement.
