Key Responsibilities Summary – Senior Fashion Designer
- Lead the design and development of seasonal apparel collections from concept to production.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands to create commercially successful designs.
- Prepare sketches, CADs, mood boards, tech packs, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure timely product development.
- Review and approve samples, fittings, and design modifications before bulk production.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments while ensuring cost and quality targets are met.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design consistency and team productivity.
- Maintain accurate design documentation and ensure all collections align with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
