We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai City, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in account management within the transport and logistics industry. This is a full-time role that requires an immediate joiner, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring account growth and retention while meeting the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and develop client accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in account management, ideally in the transport and logistics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
