Job Summary

Lakshmi Shutter is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development, project sales, key account management, and team performance. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams for improved performance.

Review team activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with major clients.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

Conduct negotiations and close high-value business deals.

Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

Any Bachelor's Degree

Experience & Skills

Experience in a senior sales or management role.

Strong team leadership and performance management skills.





Experience handling key accounts and major clients.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Strong business development and customer engagement skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, Construction, Engineering, Industrial Products, Rolling Shutters, or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
