Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction projects, demonstrating robust technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. This role involves overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Oversee the daily progress of work, monitor labor, materials, and equipment, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors,



and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress reports, daily diaries, and other necessary documentation.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, conducting necessary tests and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control plans.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during construction.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of site equipment and machinery.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required for site inspections and approvals.
