Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands how to build and grow brands organically across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, managing social media calendars, tracking trends, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to plan, execute, and optimize content that drives engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Plan and maintain monthly content calendars. Create and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and community updates. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders for content creation. Write engaging captions, hooks, and platform-specific copy. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities. Track content performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. Support campaigns, launches, events,



and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a similar role. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn best practices. Experience managing organic social media growth. Excellent written communication skills. Valuable understanding of content planning and audience engagement. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines. Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and basic analytics tools is preferred.
