KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media Management & Strategy

- Plan, execute, and oversee content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Craft engaging video scripts, captions, reels, and visual concepts for our portfolio brands (sports, activewear, lifestyle, footwear).
- Manage content calendars, post schedules, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Engage with online communities, respond to audience queries, and drive active customer participation.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, social media trends, viral audio, and retail marketing best practices.

2. AI-Driven Content & Innovation

- Integrate generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) into daily workflows for copy, visual creation, and brainstorming.
- Automate content workflows and social media scheduling using AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Experiment with AI-driven content optimization and audience segmentation for organic and paid campaigns.

3. Reporting & Collaboration

- Track and report key social metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth,



conversion).
- Collaborate with internal trade/retail marketing teams and store managers to support store activations, recent launches, and offline events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Experience: 1-2 years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (Retail/ -Lifestyle preferred).
- Content Skills: Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Business Suite.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills with excellent copywriting capability.
- Organizational & AI Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and workflow management skills with proficiency in leveraging AI tools for task organization, workflow automation, content scheduling, project coordination, and digital asset management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
