We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Intern who understands how digital audiences think, scroll, react, and engage.

If you're someone who wants hands-on experience in building brand visibility, creating high-impact posts, and understanding the science behind viral content - this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to publish content, engage with audiences, and help strengthen our presence across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Publishing & Posting

- Publish daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the brand’s voice and content strategy.
- Assist in basic copywriting and formatting posts for maximum reach and readability.

Content Curation & Research

- Identify trending industry topics and curate high-relevance content.
- Conduct research to support weekly content calendars.
- Track competitor content and note patterns that perform well.

Community Engagement

- Reply to comments, engage with followers, and participate in relevant discussions.
- Comment meaningfully on posts by industry leaders, clients, and potential prospects.
- Monitor DMs, tags, and mentions to maintain healthy engagement and relationships.

Viral Content Learning & Execution

- Learn frameworks behind viral hooks, storytelling, retention, and scroll-stoppers.
- Assist in brainstorming and creating high-performing content ideas

Analytics & Reporting

- Track post performance, impressions, reach, and engagement.
- Create weekly reports highlighting wins and areas to improve.
- Contribute insights to optimize future content.

Who We’re Looking For

- You must have completed your graduation from a recognized university.




- Candidates who have completed an industry-relevant Social Media Marketing course from a recognized institute will have an added advantage.
- Strong interest in LinkedIn and social media culture.
- Basic understanding of content writing, hashtags, and digital communication.
- Good communication skills and willingness to experiment.
- Eagerness to learn how content actually goes viral on LinkedIn & other platforms.
