Job Overview

Xtec Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with experience handling international clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record of converting leads into long-term customers while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with and follow up on international leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Hands-on experience dealing with international clients is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
