Job Responsibilities:
- Handle property sourcing and client coordination
- Conduct site visits and property inspections
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and clients
- Identify recent business opportunities in the real estate market
- Negotiate deals and assist in closing transactions
- Maintain property databases and sourcing records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sourcing or property management preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client meetings and site visits independently
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Strong networking and market understanding
- Nearby candidates preferred from Bhiwandi location
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
