Experience :
4+ years.

Responsibilities

Should be able to discuss with the business users and write the requirements.

Able to convert all business requirements to functional specifications.

Responsible to arrange UAT and get all the required sign-offs User (business and technology) interview for process mapping and functional gap analysis Capturing,
analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, constructively challenging requirements to manage expectations and highlight risks/issues Effective requirements prioritization, scope
definition and business analysis work estimation.

Requirement management and communication. Documenting requirements in industry best practice formats.

Translating requirements to team members for effective understanding.

Timely requirements query resolution and accurate defect analysis.

Preparation of test scenarios and management of integration and system testing.





Preparation of functional user guides and business user training material

Deep understanding of Finance domain especially Payments domain.

Desired Skills :
4+ years of work experience as business analyst or a related role.

Solid proficiency in Finance domain, especially Payments domain.

Decent experience capturing, analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for web applications.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and capability. Good Analytical skills.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent understanding of concepts related to web application development and maintenance.

Ability to translate and simplify complex requirements.
