Salary : 45,000 - 55,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and engage prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms for online degree and certification programs.
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable programs offered in collaboration with top universities, based on their career goals.
- Deliver personalized product walkthroughs and program guidance, highlighting value propositions such as career outcomes, flexibility, and university credentials.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to application submission and fee closure.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process.




- Consistently follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates and a smooth admission experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly) while maintaining quality metrics like conversion ratio and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, university partners, and student success teams) to optimize lead quality and improve learner experience.
- Stay updated on program offerings, partner universities, industry trends, and competitor activities in the EdTech and online higher education space.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
