About Us

Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is committed to providing compassionate fertility and reproductive healthcare. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Couple Counselor to support patients throughout their fertility journey by offering guidance, emotional support, and treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel couples regarding fertility treatment processes and available services.
- Build a supportive and trusting relationship with patients.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and appointments in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and the patient care team.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatment schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Address patient queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.
- Support the team in delivering an excellent patient experience.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or any related field.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is an advantage.

Experience

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates in healthcare counseling, patient coordination, customer relationship management, or fertility services are welcome.
- Training will be provided for deserving candidates.
