About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and multitasking Marketing & Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing activities, coordinating with agencies and vendors, handling lead qualification and CRM management, and supporting the sales team through effective lead allocation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Coordinate with digital marketing, branding and creative agencies.
Manage website updates, content corrections and overall website maintenance.
Handle social media platforms and coordinate content creation and posting.
Develop marketing content, presentations, brochures and other promotional materials.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers and event partners.
Support marketing campaigns, project launches, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Pre-Sales & CRM





Respond to and qualify customer enquiries received through various channels.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Allocate qualified leads to the sales team and track follow-ups.
Monitor lead status and support conversion activities.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
3–8 years of experience in marketing, CRM, pre-sales or related functions.
Real estate experience will be an advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good content writing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and social media platforms.
Highly organized, proactive and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
