Designation: Senior Medical Billing Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Type: In office (Night shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, including:

- Charge Entry
- Medical Billing
- Payment Posting
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Rejection & Denial Management
- Claim Follow-up & Resolution

Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and patients.

Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.

Prepare and present performance reports, productivity metrics, and operational updates.

Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with HIPAA guidelines, and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing efficiency and maximize collections.





What We're Looking For:

4–5+ years of experience in US Medical Billing.

Strong understanding of the complete RCM lifecycle.

Expertise in Charge Entry, AR Follow-up, Rejection & Denial Management, Payment Posting, and Patient Interaction.

Excellent client communication, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.

Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
