Who You Are

You are a designer with exceptional visual taste.

You understand why one visual feels premium while another feels average.

You obsess over spacing, typography, composition, lighting, color, storytelling, and emotion.

You don't just execute briefs—you elevate them.

You understand that AI is not replacing creatives. It's amplifying them.

You actively use AI tools to create concepts, visuals, videos, moodboards, storyboards, and production assets faster and better.

A Fine Arts background is highly preferred because we value artistic thinking, visual fundamentals, and aesthetic maturity.

What You'll Be DoingBrand & Visual Design

- Create premium brand identities and visual systems
- Design high-end website layouts and landing pages
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and digital experiences
- Create social media creatives that feel like brands, not posts

AI-Powered Creative Production

- Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Flux, Veo, Sora (or similar) to accelerate creative production
- Generate visual concepts, storyboards, style frames, and marketing assets




- Explore emerging AI workflows and bring new ideas to the team

Cinematic Content Creation

- Create visually stunning reels, advertisements, and short-form videos
- Edit cinematic videos with strong storytelling and pacing
- Develop motion graphics and creative transitions
- Create content that feels premium, modern, and globally relevant

Creative Strategy

- Translate business goals into creative ideas
- Build moodboards and visual directions
- Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients
- Push creative quality beyond expectations

Must-Have Skills

- Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic excellence
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Experience with cinematic video editing
- Working knowledge of AI creative tools
- Strong visual storytelling ability
- Ability to create premium-quality work under deadlines
- Attention to detail bordering on obsession

Bonus Points If

- You have a Fine Arts degree or equivalent artistic training
- You have worked with luxury, architecture, lifestyle, manufacturing, or premium brands
- You understand photography, lighting, and cinematography




- You create personal creative projects outside of work
- You are the person others ask for aesthetic advice
