Job Description:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolments per month/Intake.
- Analyze the conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment and implement strategies to optimize and increase overall conversion rates.
- Streamline and optimize the application process, ensuring productive handling of applications and timely communication with prospective students.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment events, school visits, and fairs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics
- Collect feedback from enrolled students, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall student experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in Student Counselling
Desired Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
