What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling or sales.
- Ability to convince and engage potential buyers.
- Proven track record of converting leads into site visits.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation:

100% Commission-Based Opportunity

- Earn up to ₹1,00,000 commission on every successful sale.
- No fixed salary – your income depends on your performance.

Responsibilities:





- Call and follow up with interested leads.
- Explain project details clearly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful closures.
