EMDERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a fast-growing company specializing in Solar EPC, HT/LT electrical installations, and industrial infrastructure projects. We are expanding our business operations as an authorized dealer for (X) Cables. We are looking for a highly motivated and active Field Sales Executive to drive our cable sales division across the Ahmedabad region.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation: Identify, approach, and close sales with B2B and B2C clients, including electrical contractors, builders, industrial buyers, and retail hardware shops across Ahmedabad.
- Network Expansion: Develop and manage a strong network of sub-dealers and retail partners in the assigned territory.
- Field Operations: Conduct daily market visits to generate new leads, meet clients, and secure bulk orders for ongoing construction and infrastructure projects.
- Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the technical specifications, quality, and competitive advantages of (x) cables.
- Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands, and provide regular reports to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience:



1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales. (Prior experience in selling electrical cables, building materials, or hardware is highly preferred).
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad electrical market and existing relationships with local contractors or electricians.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
