Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business enquiries and develop customers in India & overseas markets
- Handle sales and marketing of Stainless Steel, Aluminium & Special Metals
- Follow up on quotations, customer requirements, and pending orders
- Maintain customer database and regular communication through email & calls
- Prepare quotations, maintain sales records, and update CRM/Excel data
- Visit customers when required
- Support email marketing and lead generation activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Metal / Steel / Industrial Products industry preferred
- Basic understanding of grades such as SS304, SS316, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Copper Alloys, Aluminium, etc.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook/Gmail, and basic computer operations
- Ability to independently handle customer follow-ups
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
