Manpower Planning & Business HR Partnering
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
HR Systems & Process Improvement
Employee Lifecycle Management & Compliance

Ideal Candidate

5–7 years of HR experience (Manufacturing preferred)
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Experience hiring leadership, technical, sales & corporate professionals
Knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
Excellent communication, sourcing & stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, proactive,



and execution-focused qualified

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Additional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
