Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CMA / Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in product costing, inventory accounting, and e-commerce finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing costing, reconciliation of e-commerce platforms, inventory valuation, GST compliance, and financial reporting. Experience in D2C, FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods companies will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Costing

- Prepare and maintain product cost sheets for all SKUs.
- Calculate standard and actual product costs.
- Analyze material, labor, packaging, and overhead costs.
- Perform cost variance analysis and recommend cost optimization measures.
- Work closely with Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain teams for accurate costing.

Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting

- Inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movements and manufacturing costs.
- Ensure accurate accounting of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for inventory verification.

E-commerce Finance

- Reconcile sales from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, FirstCry, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Verify marketplace commissions, logistics charges, returns, claims, and settlements.
- Prepare platform-wise profitability and margin analysis.
- Resolve discrepancies with marketplace finance teams.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.




- Prepare management reports for decision-making.

Taxation & Compliance

- GST reconciliation and return support.
- TDS compliance and statutory payments.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Product Costing and Cost Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in E-commerce accounting and marketplace reconciliation.
- Good understanding of Inventory Accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail.

Technical Skills

- ERP: Tally Prime / SAP Business One / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Zoho Books.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query preferred).
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- CMA (Inter or Qualified) preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) may also be considered with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
