Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Electronic Raw Materials Sales)

Location: Jaipur (Territory-based Travel Required)
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or MBA preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (₹50,000 CTC/month) + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) with proven experience in B2B sales of electronic raw materials, electronic components, and industrial materials used in the manufacturing of electronic products.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing business with OEMs, EMS companies, LED manufacturers, PCB manufacturers, battery manufacturers, and other electronics manufacturing companies. The role involves managing an assigned sales territory, acquiring new customers, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with electronics manufacturers.
- Visit customers regularly and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote electronic raw materials, industrial components, and manufacturing solutions.
- Meet Purchase Managers, Production Heads, R&D; Teams, Plant Heads, and Directors to generate business.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Participate in trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer engagement activities.

Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales of electronic raw materials or electronic components.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
