Candidate should be a Senior Resource, Graduate/Post Graduate, with about 20 years of experience in handling Freight Forwarding, Custom clearance & logistics business at Pan India basis, covering overall aspects of sales /commercial, operations, documentation & other related functions at national and international levels. The candidate should have capability to lead and manage business vertical. The candidate must be result oriented, mature and have a pleasant disposition. He must be able to effectively lead & manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to organize and control commercial activities, business development, optimize revenue, market share, customer support processes and market development identify, contact and retain recent customers. Will have to ensure customer satisfaction, claim prevention, operational safety standards, administration, business accounting etc. Must be able to enhance the brand value of the organization. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
