About the Company

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Executives to drive business growth in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy field sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the paint industry or building materials sector will be given preference. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and lead generation.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Promote and sell the company's paint products and solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements





- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Sales Executive roles.
- Experience in the paint, coatings, hardware, or building materials industry is preferred.
- Freshers with a robust interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
