This role would be accountable for outcomes rather than activities.

This is a role that is effectively for digital growth, with explicit accountability for revenue,

profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth rather than simply

executing marketing campaigns.

E-commerce Growth

Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing

Retention & CRM

Social Media & Community Growth

Website & Conversion Optimisation

Analytics & Business Reporting





Own end-to-end digital growth.

Manage internal teams and external agencies.

Work closely with product, operations, finance, customer support, and creative teams.

Plan and execute new product launches.

Drive growth through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Improve profitability—not just top-line sales.
