Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable LegalTech solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Ensure ethical sales practices, transparency, and compliance throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, IT Services, Software Products, FinTech, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, or LeadSquared.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with exposure to Law, Legal Services, or Legal Technology will have an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Robust background in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Corporate Sales, or Solution Selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates willing to work from the Pune office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
