Qualification Requirements

- Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the accounting and finance field.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the petty cash book for all TEWFI projects, collect the daily collections from UHCC along with receipts/payment statements, and update the accounts on a daily basis. Maintain the day book (accounts), and ensure the balance is verified daily by the TEWFI Assistant Manager.
- Assist the TEWFI Assistant Manager in preparing the monthly salary payroll (acquittance roll) and monthly financial reports.
- Assist the TEWFI Assistant Manager with all financial reporting requirements
- Update all payment vouchers, bills, and receipts regularly in Tally.
- Prepare and file FCRA quarterly returns with the assistance of the Auditor after review and approval by the TEWFI Assistant Manager.




- Submit quarterly TDS payment details to the Auditor for filing statutory returns.
- Submit annual accounts to Auditor on time for preparation and filing of annual returns.
- Maintain and organize files, registers, and folders.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by the management as needed
- Ensure that the office safe and filing cabinets are locked and that no confidential documents are left unsecured before the daily backup.
- Maintain all accounting records in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of the computer assigned to you and perform periodic data backups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
