Business Development & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain a database of architects, builders, developers, interior designers, and other potential clients.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing activities, including profile optimisation, outreach, and lead generation.
- Qualify enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with clients from initial enquiry through project completion.
- Manage project updates, client communication, revisions, and follow-ups.
- Follow up on invoices and maintain solid client relationships to encourage repeat business.





Requirements

- 2+ years' experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client servicing.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
- Experience using CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- Experience in the architectural, construction, media, creative, or production industry is preferred.
