Job Description
- Perform On-Job Monitoring (OJM) of maintenance activities on the shop floor.
- Verify compliance with EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 regulations, MOE procedures, and approved maintenance data.
- Monitor maintenance processes include disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and release activities.
- Conduct compliance checks across Operations, Warehouse/Stores, Engineering, and Support functions.
- Verify proper use of approved tools, calibrated equipment, and certified aircraft parts.
- Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote strong Quality Culture and operational discipline within the organisation.
- Should be able to adopt the process as followed in the SAE network
Job Requirements
2–3 years of experience in aviation setting such as:
- Aircraft Engine MRO
- Airframe MRO
- Component Repair Workshops
- Aviation Manufacturing / Assembly
- Diploma / Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- Basic understanding of EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and interest in shop floor quality monitoring.
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with the operations teams
