This role in Finance function should take care of Commercial Activities in the field location, Warrangal. This includes, managing warehouse operations, inventory management, invoicing, collection accounting and reconciliation, accounting, review of expenses in the field, bank reconciliation.

Objectives of this position

Functional Competencies (Essential)

Ability to interact with business partners, distributors and field team members. Ability to manage inventory movement, invoicing and collection.

Prime Responsibilities of the Role

- Accounting: Accounting of Inventory receipt, Sales, Collections, verification of TA Bills and Expense bills
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory available in the warehouse, timely dispatch of inventory to various locations, stock reconciliations
- Warehouse operations: Storage and handling of inventory, arrange transportation
- Sales Coordination: Coordination with field staff and distributors
- Collection: Collection follow up with distributors
- Banking: Carryout bank reconciliations on a regular basis

Objectives and Deliverables of the Role

- Functional - Objective: Ensure accurate reporting, timely book closure, timely supplier payments, receivables and inventory management, transportation arrangements, implementation of internal controls, expenses review and local regulatory compliance. Deliverables: Accurate accounting of all entries, MIS reports, Stock reconciliations, bank reconciliation statements,



supplier and debtor aging with insights
- Supervisory - Objective: Provide support and guidance to the field office staff, review of all expenses with supporting documents etc. Deliverables: Ensure timely completion of month end reports and maintain high standards of accuracy
- Analytical - Objective: Monthly analysis of inventory balances, fund requirements, debtors and suppliers' aging, expenses variance analysis and reasonableness. Deliverables: Monthly aging reports of inventory, debtors and suppliers, variance analysis, fund requirements etc

Role Measurability Factors

- Accuracy Timeliness of Financial Reporting: Monthly financial statements and MIS reports delivered on time with zero major errors.
- Process Improvements: Implementation of internal controls or automation initiatives
- Timely payments and receipts: Ensure timely payments to suppliers and collections from debtors
- Collaboration and cross functional support: Provide guidance and support to field office staff as and when required
- Expenses review and inventory management: Ensuring that expenses and inventory levels are reasonable and controlled with regular reviews
