• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Valuable command over MS Excel and MIS reporting




• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
• Interview coordination and scheduling
• Job posting management
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Candidate engagement and follow-ups
• Supporting hiring requirements across departments
