We are early-stage, moving fast, and looking for someone who wants to build a sourcing function from the ground up rather than fit into an existing one.

About the Role

ChapterHome is looking for a Catalog Executive to manage product listings and catalog operations across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace catalog management, product uploads, listing optimization, and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and upload product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Manage end-to-end cataloging activities including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and attributes.




- Ensure accurate SKU creation and catalog maintenance across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, and inventory updates.
- Monitor listing quality and resolve catalog-related issues or errors.
- Update pricing, inventory, and product information as required.
- Track listing performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversions.
- Maintain catalog hygiene and ensure marketplace compliance.
- Work closely with marketplace account managers for catalog-related escalations.

Required Skills

- 2/3 years of experience in E-commerce Cataloging or Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of product listing, catalog management, SKU creation, and content uploads.
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data management preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large catalogs efficiently.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
