Job Description

- Handle inbound calls for international healthcare clients.
- Provide customer service and resolve queries accurately.
- Work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Eligibility

- Graduates from 2024, 2025 & undergraduates - 2026 are only eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Typing speed: 25-30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Adaptable for rotational shifts and offs.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Up to 3 LPA (takehome ~20k).
- Relocation to Kolkata is mandatory.
- Relocation Bonus: 25,000 (claw back till 12 months).
- Shift allowance up to 3k.

Walkin Details

- Jamshedpur: 3rd August 2026 onwards (3rd/4th/5th August).




- Ranchi: 6th August 2026 onwards (6th /7th/8th August).
- Time: 11 AM 3 PM.
- Documents to Carry: Resume, ID proof, educational certificates.
