Job Summary

Goana Foods is looking for a responsible and experienced Food Safety Compliance Officer for a full-time, in-house position. Male and female candidates may apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing food-safety systems, FSSAI compliance, product documentation, labelling requirements, licences, audits and regulatory records for our food-manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage FSSAI licences, renewals and statutory compliance
- Review product labels, ingredients, allergens and nutritional information
- Maintain SOPs, food-safety records, traceability and audit documents
- Coordinate laboratory testing, inspections and corrective actions
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation and manufacturing practices
- Maintain documentation required for domestic sales and exports
- Keep the company updated on changes in food-safety regulations
- Coordinate with government departments, laboratories and consultants





Requirements

- Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance or a related field
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food-labelling requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG will be preferred
- Solid documentation, communication and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
