Role & responsibilities

Job Title: International Voice Support - BPO

Location - Chennai

Qualifications

- Graduate (any stream)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in International Voice Support into Healthcare process - BPO
- Salary - 4.50 LPA
- US /Rotational Shift
- 5 Day working
- Location- Chennai ( No relocation)
- Notice - Immeidate joiner ( not working)
- Should have degree provisional
- Uan check mandate

Performance & Reporting

- Track KPIs: AHT, FCR, CSAT, Conversion Rate, Recovery Rate, Shrinkage, etc.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans

Key Skills Required

- Robust leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
