- Solid knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards (NBC, OISD, PESO, etc.), and best practices in the chemical industry
- Proven ability to manage and standardize fire management systems across multiple locations
- Manage and monitor the Fire Management System across all plants/locations (Pan India)
- Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions
- Train, mentor, and build capability across the organization
- Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure regulatory compliance

- 8+ years of experience
