Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned functions and levels

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and recruitment partners

Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview processes

Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and offer coordination

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements

Track recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, source effectiveness and offer acceptance rates

Coordinate offer preparations, negotiations, documentation and pre-joining activities

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Onboarding & Employee Experience

Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and induction programmes

Support pre-boarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new employees

Gather feedback to continuously enhance the onboarding experience

Talent Operations & Projects

Maintain recruitment and talent-related reports and dashboards

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation

Assist on HR projects from time to time and support continuous improvement initiatives as required

Preferred Candidate

Education





Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred

Experience

Required:

35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a generalist HR role with significant recruitment

exposure

Experience hiring technical and corporate talent is preferred

Exposure to onboarding, learning or HR project support will be an advantage

Preferred:

Exposure to data center, infrastructure or MEP businesses

Skills
