Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive / Payroll Manager with a strong background in Indian payroll processing, preferably from the Staffing Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end payroll for both client and internal employees, statutory compliance, bonus processing, Full & Final settlements, and Advanced Excel for payroll reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Payroll Management.
- Mandatory experience in Indian Payroll Processing.
- Prior experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, SUMIFS, and payroll reporting.
- Solid understanding of payroll compliances and Labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for both client payroll and internal payroll.
- Process payroll accurately using payroll software as well as manual payroll calculations when required.




- Verify attendance, salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll data before processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements for resigned employees.
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labour law requirements.
- Calculate and process bonuses, incentives, leave encashment, and other employee payouts.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and clients to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Prepare payroll MIS, reconciliation reports, and payroll analytics using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, SUMIFS, data validation, and report generation).
- Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
