Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and confident Business Development Executive with Good Communication to join our team and have the opportunity to make high incentive with Fixed Salary. Freshers or anyone with any sales or Real estate experience with excellent communication will be preferred.

Age:

20 to 35 Years- Preffered

Key Responsibilities:

l Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain available residential projects (flats, apartments, villas)

l Convert inquiries into site visits.

l Follow up with leads through calls,



messages and emails to ensure conversions.

l Coordinate with the sales team to track lead status and closures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

l Candidates with very valuable communication, experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales / presales / customer care / real estate sales can apply for the job.

l Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

l Positive attitude, energetic and self-motivated.

l Experience in real estate is a plus

Also must have bike

Advantages :

You can earn incentive between 50,000- 1,50,000 per months on top of salary.
