- Own and manage the hub P&L; and overall business performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Advisors across diverse experience levels
- Drive premium customer experience standards across the store
- Manage daily operations, sales performance, and customer satisfaction
- Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
- Ensure smooth coordination across sales, operations, and customer journey touchpoints
- Contribute to scaling and improving hub processes and business outcomes
