About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Manager Human Resources to lead end-to-end HR Operations within our Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR Operations, Learning & Development, and people management. This is a strategic as well as hands-on leadership role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR Operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives, employee capability-building programs, and organizational development activities.
- Mentor, coach, and lead a team of approximately HR professionals supporting ongoing recruitment and HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Centre of Excellence.




- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Act as a trusted HR partner while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

- 1517 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong expertise in HR Operations and Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring large HR teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership presence with an impressive personality and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage operational as well as strategic HR initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
