A leading bank is hiring for a Grievance Handling RBI BO Complaints (Mail Support) role within the Credit Card team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in Credit Card Escalation / BO Complaints / Nodal Desk
- Robust exposure to email support & complaint drafting
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines / Banking Ombudsman framework

Job Purpose

To handle Banking Ombudsman (BO) and regulatory complaints related to Credit Cards through email support, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle BO, RBI, and regulatory complaints related to Credit Cards
- Manage escalations from MD Desk, PNO, Nodal Office, Senior Management, Legal, Police & IT
- Draft and send high-quality email responses (interim & final)



within 24 hrs TAT
- Ensure end-to-end resolution with minimal repeat interactions
- Maintain daily productivity and closure targets
- Raise and track monetary approvals (CAD) within TAT
- Ensure responses are regulator-compliant and audit-ready
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Legal, Risk, Collections)
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Prevent further escalations through effective resolution
