DRISHTI ACADEMY is looking for passionate, dedicated, and result-oriented teachers to join our academic team. We are hiring faculty for Academic Classes (8th, 9th & 10th) as well as Competitive Examination Coaching.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and concept-based learning environment.

- Responsibilities Academic Faculty (Social Science)Teach Social Science to Classes 8th, 9th & 10th.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, and assignments.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate students' performance.
- Guide students for CBSE/JAC Board examinations.
- Maintain discipline and create an interactive classroom environment.
- Competition Faculty (Mathematics & Reasoning)Teach Mathematics and Reasoning for competitive examinations.
- Prepare exam-oriented notes, practice sets, and mock tests.
- Explain shortcut techniques and problem-solving methods.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and performance analysis.
- Keep students updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus.
- EligibilityBachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant subject.




- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain concepts in a easy and effective manner.
