Position

Sales Executive (Showroom & Project Sales)

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, marble, and granite solutions.
- Generate quotations and follow up until the order is closed.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Generate new business through site visits, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and timely follow-ups through CRM, phone calls, and WhatsApp.




- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales (building materials, tiles, marble, sanitaryware, furniture, paints, or luxury retail preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident personality with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
