- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Achieve daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet business objectives.
- Eligibility6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, International BPO, or US Collections.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in US Voice Process or Collections is preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
