Role & responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, source candidates, conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and lead recent hire inductions.
- Compliance & Records: Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage statutory filings (like PF and ESIC), and maintain accurate employee records.
- Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and run engagement activities.
- Payroll & Performance Support: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance, and assist with performance appraisal cycles.
Preferred candidate profile
Have a strong Base in HR, Female Candidates Prefered
