We're Hiring: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Are you passionate about building high-performing teams and leading recruitment strategies that create business impact? We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team and play a strategic role in strengthening our workforce.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for internal cross-functional hiring across multiple departments.

Lead, mentor, and monitor the Recruitment Team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring goals.

Manage strategic hiring for CXO, leadership, and other critical business positions.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent requirements.

Build strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques, networking, and employer branding initiatives.

Monitor recruitment KPIs, improve hiring efficiency, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Drive special hiring projects, process improvements,



and recruitment automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to strategic hiring.

Proven experience in hiring for CXO, leadership, niche, and specialized roles.

Experience in leading and developing recruitment teams.

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

Expertise in recruitment strategy, market mapping, talent intelligence, and workforce planning.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferable Candidate: Navi Mumbai.
