Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and draft various types of agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Work Order Forms, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Professional Service Contracts, and other commercial contracts.
- Vetting contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Robust understanding of MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding) and their application in business transactions.
- Proficiency in reviewing and drafting various types of agreements such as MSAs, SLAs, NDAs etc.
