Marketplace Marketing Specialist D2C/E-commerce Gurugram 4+ Years

We are hiring a Marketplace Marketing Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in running advertising campaigns, improving marketplace sales, and driving business growth. If you have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, performance marketing, and campaign optimization, we'd love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

1. Managing advertising campaigns across Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms.
2. Running Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
3. Planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.
4. Improving ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates through regular campaign optimization.
5. Researching keywords, optimizing bids, and identifying new growth opportunities.
6. Managing campaign budgets and ensuring maximum return on advertising spend.
7. Coordinating with Creative, Content, and Category teams to launch successful campaigns.
8. Monitoring marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer buying behaviour.
9. Tracking campaign performance and preparing business reports with actionable insights.
10. Supporting recent product launches and seasonal marketplace promotions.

Requirements

1. 4–6 years of experience in Marketplace Marketing or Performance Marketing.
2. Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (Amazon Advertising Console/AMS) is mandatory.
3. Experience working on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Ads, or similar marketplace advertising platforms.
4.



Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, GMV, and campaign performance metrics.
5. Experience in campaign planning, keyword optimization, and marketplace advertising.
6. Candidates from D2C, Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Jewellery, Fashion, FMCG, or Consumer brands will be preferred.
7. Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
8. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
